Work Experiences
I started my career primarily as a UI Designer, but over the years I transitioned into UX/UI and Product Design by becoming more involved in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Led the end-to-end redesign of ElectricChoice.com, transforming a legacy electricity marketplace into a modern, conversion-focused experience through UX research, iterative design, and close collaboration with the Digital Director and Lead Developer.
Designed internal banking experiences that streamlined teller operations, reduced manual work, and improved transaction accuracy while collaborating with Product Owners, Service Designers, and Systems Integration teams to align solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
Spearheaded the end-to-end UX/UI design of PayMongo Capital and Wallets, evolving both products through multiple iterations in partnership with Product Manager & Lead, Product Designer, Engineering, Research, and QA. The work contributed to a 25% revenue increase for Capital and a 30% improvement in Wallet migration funnel conversion, while simplifying complex financial experiences for merchants.
Crafted and validated core financial product experiences, including the Payouts and Disbursements MVP, while partnering with cross-functional teams. Also helped scale the design system and establish documentation that strengthened consistency across design and engineering.
Delivered responsive enterprise web experiences by combining UI design, front-end development, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. Contributed to scalable design systems and supported team growth through mentoring and design reviews.
Created responsive web interfaces for gaming platforms, transforming visual concepts into production-ready experiences with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and cross-device usability.
